Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service at info@knoxoxy.com to notify us of your intention to return the item. Please include your order number, the product in question, and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with a return form to complete and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the item to the address provided by our team. Please keep the tracking number for your shipment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an error on our part (defective product, incorrect order, etc.).

Refunds
Once the product is returned and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the returned product is defective or we made an error with the order.
